When we rolled back the weekly updates from evey week to once every two weeks, we heard a lot of complaining and rightfully so. However, we have had a lot of new projects on our plate. To finally inform you all, we have been working on three projects. Firstly, we have rebegun work on Battlescapes. Nextly, we are still working on a super-secret project that will be revealed in a few months. We're sure said project will spark a ton of interest. This brings us to today.
Today, Zelda Reorchestrated is proud to present the third installment of the Soundscapes Series, Soundscapes Volume 3. Soundscapes Vol.3 has the largest track list of all Soundscape volumes thus far, thirteen! Volume three releases 10 brand new soundscapes, including a few new redux'd songs, as well as one new song. The other three tracks are repackaged versions of released Soundscapes that are on the site which have not been in another volume.
Another new feature of Volume 3 is the download options. When you visit the Soundscapes page, by going through the Project's page, you will notice that we are offering the album in both single files, and complete collection RAR files. We are also releasing the album in 160 kbps MP3, 320 kbps MP3, and the newest - 32-bit uncompressed WAV!! We have also provided Rapidshare links for the large collections should our servers become bogged down.
We sincearly hope you enjoy our latest project album as we have enjoyed making it. We ask that if you download the album, we simply ask that if you have a Digg.com account, that you can help get the ablum out there by Digging us via the button below, and if you don't have an account yet, why not sign up? It's free and will spread the word.
While you download and listen, head over to our sister site, Zentendo.com and check out a brand new Interview they had with us about ZREO and Soundscapes Vol.3!
Also, if you'd like to be updated via E-mail about when we update our site with new songs, please head over to the Subscription page and sign up! Care to donate to our cause and keep out site running, and help progress Battlescapes? Visit the Donation page!
For myself, and the rest of the Z.R.E.O. team,

Today we have a Remake of Ocean Redux from Wind Waker. The Brass was in major need of overhauling as well as the overall mix. Ocean Redux was one of the first songs I reduxed ever, and the old bird really needed a face lift. I think you'll agree.
Eric's having some downtime so I've taken the WZMR feed to broadcast off my server. You can connect at 71.127.255.66:8023
Hopefully the main server will be back up and running soon. If there's any shows supposed to be on tonight they may get pushed back as I don't have them. But things should be back to normal before we have to start worrying about that. No promises though.
UPDATE: Nicecast is a huge memory hog and I'm out of it now, so I'm dropping the stream.
The time has come for us to switch IRC networks again. We have finally merged with NFNet. We had originally joined forces with Hyrule.net in hopes of driving more people to our IRC room. We did, but it was a bumpy ride. We hit a few issues but overcame them and eventually established a flourishing room. However, now that room is pretty bare bones and honestly boring. We hope to reverse that by changing networks. I'm told everything went smoothly (unfortunately I'm not at home) and looks like it. The network is still new but we are getting people to join and conversations going. Be sure to type /list to see all the rooms and be warned to communicate with services you'll have to type /msg <servicename> help commands.
Just wanted to let you all know that we've reorganized the ZREO Forums over on Zentendo. There's now a separate board specifically for ZREO-related discussion along with another thread for all re-orchestrators and composers to show off their music while talking about equipment and what not.
I've also deleted some older threads and cleaned up some existing ones. The main board has been reduced from a whopping 7 pages of posts in just months to only 4.
So if you were scared away from joining us because of how hectic it was, you no longer have to worry about that.
Hey all, sorry for the very late update. Today, we have a transcription of Kakariko Village from Twilight Princess from a newcomer, Shadow-AH. Again, I apologize for the wait!
Heya, everyone! As this week is a non-song week, we would like to announce the official Z.R.E.O. Music Podcast, by Stephen! The link to the Podcasts are now at the top of the PROJECTS page.
